This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of this Agreement.

Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing delays.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wr999 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. wr999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available to all account holders from the security settings section of the account dashboard.
You must notify wr999 immediately via live chat support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. wr999 will take reasonable steps to protect your account upon such notification; however, the Platform accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security or where you have shared your login details with a third party.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place within your wr999 account, whether or not that activity was carried out by you personally. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity is recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months. wr999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied. Remaining balances after fee deduction will be held and remain accessible upon reactivation of the account.

Bonus funds credited to a wr999 account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the relevant bonus; any unfulfilled bonus funds will be removed from the account balance at the end of the validity period.
wr999 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, exploiting technical errors or system loopholes, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee bonus conversion, and any other conduct designed to extract value from promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, wr999 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the relevant account.
wr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and subject to wagering requirements at the time of the change.
All bets placed on wr999 are subject to the Platform's specific sport and game rules, which are published in the relevant sections of the site. A bet is considered accepted and binding only once a bet confirmation reference is issued by the Platform. wr999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets where the Platform determines there are grounds to suspect irregular activity.
In the event that a bet is placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error — wr999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. A "clearly erroneous" odds price is defined as one that is materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of bet placement, as determined by reference to available market data.
For PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches: all cricket bets are subject to wr999's cricket betting rules, including provisions on minimum overs required for match bets to stand, rules on abandonment and rescheduled fixtures, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application for rain-affected matches. These rules are published in full in the cricket section of the Platform.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events. wr999 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event without prior notice. Bets accepted before a market suspension are binding subject to the event's applicable betting rules. wr999 accepts no responsibility for delays in live data feeds or any resulting impact on in-play market availability.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wr999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the wr999 Platform — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, graphics, software, game content, text, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the property of wr999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wr999 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if wr999 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Where wr999 is found liable to a Player for any reason, the maximum aggregate liability of wr999 in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wr999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through wr999's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
wr999's internal dispute resolution process requires that all complaints be submitted in writing to wr999 support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. wr999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will provide a full written response within 14 days. Players who remain dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal process may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by wr999's licensing authority.
